KAA Gent Foundation coordinates the activities in which KAA Gent supporters work as volunteer stadium guides.

As part of its local community charter, KAA Gent Foundation organizes "community tours" at non-commercial rates, exclusively for:

  • groups considered to be disadvantaged by the Participation Decree;
  • groups from primary and secondary schools;
  • sport clubs and sociocultural organisations officially recognised by the city of Ghent;
  • youth football clubs;
  • supporters' clubs recognised by the KAA Gent Supporters Federation;
  • students organisations recognized by UGent, Arteveldehogeschool or HOGent;
  • municipal and social-welfare services from Ghent, for service-related activities

No stadium visits are possible on matchdays as all football-related spaces in the Ghelamco Arena are then used for organising the match.

For more information on "community tours" and rates, write at least a month in advance to contact@kaagentfoundation.be.

KAA Gent also partners with the guides from KAA Gent Foundation to do stadium tours as part of its commercial activities. Groups wishing to use this service can write to rondleiding@aevents.be. For more information on the tours we offer, visit www.arenaevents.be.

A standard tour is 1,5 hour long. During this time groups are told about KAA Gent's sport, commercial and community activities, the club's history, how the Ghelamco Arena functions and what goes into organising a football match there.
